Great purchase
I typically advise against buying refurb technology but given that it's for my mom and she really doesn't spend a huge amount of time on the Internet, I decided to give this computer a try. I've worked in IT for 10 years now so I knew what to look for as far device specs. I can happily admit that I am very pleased with my purchase. It had Win10 installed but I was able to upgrade to Win11 within mins from Microsoft website. It's the micro tower so it takes up minimal space and my mom loves that it is a lot faster than the last computer she had.

Incorrect power adapter shipped
These systems are great, however I received a 65W adapter instead of the correct 90W adapter.

I felt the need for speed
A nice small form computer. It had Windows 10 on it but was upgradable to Windows 11. So far, there have been no issues. It turns on and is ready within 15 seconds. (Took my old one a few minutes). It takes up very little room on my desk.
