Computer as expected, monitor not set up
Excellent computer, worked as expected. The shipped monitor was a different brand and had not been set up with the computer, so the desktop would not recognize it, which caused delay in set up- I had to switch out the monitor for one I already had that was the same brand which was immediately recognized by the computer and allowed me to complete set up. Overall went fine.

Refurbished - HP Pro
This has worked great, fits nicely without taking up too much space. It is faster than what I thought, it would, and I havenhad any issues so far. I have already recommend this product.

Needs work
Was told it was in excellent condition so I assumed it would work properly but it’s flickering constantly and sometimes the screen goes black for minutes at a time. I don’t have a vehicle so I have to wait for someone to take me to Best Buy with it to see if they can fix it. I bought it to get a job and can’t even do that until I fix it. Yes I tried updating the video drive but it only helps momentarily for a few hours and then will start flickering again. No the wires are not loose.
