My computer was unable to use this battery, for some reason, would not boot up. BB customer service was very helpful and processed my return. It may be a problem with my Dell Latitude laptop, due to age.

Original battery bit the dust. Found this. Seems like a good battery. Expensive.

This battery did not work for me. My computer is very old, so to be fair, my computer will not accept any new type battery. This seems to be a quality product.
