Q: Is this compatible with MacBook Air Model A1466? Are the screwdrivers included?

A: Yes, it is compatible with the MacBook Air Model A1466.

Q: Is this something that we can replace at home or do we need to come in to the store for service?

A: This is very easy to do yourself at home. I watched a YouTube video before I ordered the replacement battery. I watched the same video before I started and again while I doing the replacement pausing as needed. There are a LOT of little screws but the screwdrivers come with the battery. I also used a 7 day pill container to hold of the screws. The only issue I encountered was plugging the ribbon cable back into the motherboard. It took some effort and the first time, I did not get it completely seated. I had to remove the back again and push the cable in very firmly to get it to fully seat in the connetor.
