    Watch your back....and front!

Ready to get spooked? It's difficult to do something fresh in the over saturated genre of found footage/documentary style filmmaking but the director Adam Green has done it. If you like horror movies and, in particular, MONSTERS then this movie is the one for you. Do yourself a favor. I only gave it 4 stars because i thought it ended on a weak note and because I don't want to anger anyone who bought it off of my review and feels it's nowhere near a 5 star. That said, this movie has something for every horror fan.

    Great horror

This movie is really good. Way more and way better than I expected. The suspense and jump scares are definitely some of the best I have ever seen.

    Monster Fan

This is a nice little flick. I've at least enjoyed everything I've seen from Adam Green (Frozen - no, not THAT one, the other one, and Hatchet). The meta approach here works well enough, even with the tired found footage aspect. If you're a horror fan and looking for something slightly off the beaten path with creators who have a genuine passion for the genre, you could do worse. That being said, the story doesn't completely work. I can forgive that, though, as I loved the creature fx and designs. Do you appreciate Green's previous work? If so, you'll dig this. ;)

    Slow Burn

Works well enough as a thriller but horror fans may be disappointed by the lack of impact.

This movie is great for kids

This movie isn't as scary as they make it out to be. Don't get me wrong you actually just might like it. I thought it was okay it was different I t wasn't 1/2 as scary as they advertise but that's still okay because I though the movie was okay.
