  Don't miss that shot!

  The original battery in the Canon Rebel is so good that you really need to be out shooting a full day to need another, but we frequently find we've forgotten to charge it before heading out for the day. So it's really convenient to have an extra and this one fills that need nicely. It charges very fast and will power that camera all day. Lithium Ion batteries are very different than older NiCad's. With NiCad you want to completely run them down before charging to avoid "memory effect". Lithium Ions work better and last longer if you charge them every time you use them regardless of how much.

  Great Battery

  This is a great battery. Good to have on hand as a back up when you forget to recharge. Less expensive than the Canon battery and works just as good.
