Disney - Lorcana: Shimmering Skies - Single-Player Starter Deck - Styles May Vary

The Disney Lorcana starter deck includes everything you need to start playing against another player who has their own deck. Through these decks, you'll get a taste of the rich story and varied characters of Disney Lorcana. There are two starter decks available for Disney Lorcana: Into the Inklands. Each deck has 60 cards and features two ink colors with distinct play styles. If you’re new to trading card games, or if you want to experience the game with a deck designed and tested by Team Lorcana, this is a good place to start.

Here, players become “Illumineers” and wield magical inks to summon a team of Disney characters known as glimmers, who appear in both familiar and fantastical ways. Players explore the realm of Lorcana alongside their teams of glimmers as they race to be the first to collect 20 “lore.” In each game, players will play characters, items, locations, and actions – including songs – from their hands and choose whether to have their characters “quest” for lore or challenge opponents to slow them down. In Shimmering Skies, the realm of Lorcana holds a great festival to celebrate its recent victory over Ursula, achieved in the previous set, Ursula’s Return. While most of Lorcana participates in the vibrant, fun-filled activities, a new mystery begins as our Illumineers search for a way to repair the worsening damage the Ursula glimmer caused to the Great Illuminary. All Shimmering Skies cards can be played alongside cards from any previous Disney Lorcana TCG releases. They can also be used to update or customize existing Disney Lorcana TCG decks. You do not need previously released cards to play cards from this set. Booster packs give players the ability to customize their decks and discover their own gameplay strategies. Discover new characters, locations, items and powers in these booster packs. Each player needs a 60-card deck of Disney Lorcana TCG cards to play.

The ultimate treasure for both collectors and players, the Illumineer’s trove contains a full-art storage box with six card dividers to keep your Disney Lorcana TCG cards safe and organized by ink. The Illumineer’s Trove includes eight booster packs and helps keep track of character and location damage with six themed dice. With the spin-dial counter, players will never question how close they are to claiming a story star as it lets them easily track their progress toward victory!
