A: Do not buy this unit. I purchased it in May and the Electrolux company has been giving me the run around on repairs, and replacement and buy back and its September and I still do not have a working unit or my money back. Worst customer service I have ever incountered.
Q: How do you reverse the door opening’s?
A: It comes with instructions, but generally remove the door hinge bolts, remove the hole covers for the other side, change the latch to the other side, and re-bolt the hinges, SUPER easy.
A: Return it while you can. Electrolux customer support is so bad you do not want this item. Mine came broken in May and I am still getting the run around. Use the return feature of all major credit cards to force return and move on. I may have to sue them in small claims court to get my money back. Criminals.

Great quality
The Samsung dryer offers powerful, efficient drying with intuitive controls and multiple cycle options. Its sleek design fits well in modern homes, while moisture sensors help prevent over-drying. I like it!
Honestly I did not need a new dryer ... but I was trying out the matching washer, and the deal for both was great. I figured it was worth a try. Has basically all the same features as well, just looks cooler. This seems to be very similar in operation and construction to my old one - which is good. It was and still is a great dryer. This one may not get quite as hot, which is apparently good for clothes, though it takes longer. Definitely bigger ... comforters have a little more room than my old 7.4 model. Does not have a show/sweat rack like my old one but it is optional if I want. Select the right setting and it does a great job of drying without overly drying. As I said it takes a little longer, I think, but honestly I am not sure since I only paid attention to the starting estimate time and not how accurate the timer is. This one is reasonably accurate. I don't like the screen as much as my old one, as you have to open it rather than just pull out and clean. But it does seem to work well. One oddity - it seems to catch less lint, but it also doesn't put lint through the exhaust either. Makes me wonder if the washer is more gentle on clothes and thus overall there is just less lint. My only critique is that some lint does get caught on the door rubber seal. Not much, and my old one had lint catch elsewhere so it's not a big deal. Just something to be aware of.

So far so good.
So far so good. I needed a dryer in a hurry and bought this in a hurry. So far, I love it. It's huge! It drys fast. Not loud at all. Easy to use.
