So far so good! The unit is quiet, washes clothes clean and dries efficiently. I also like the size. The laundry room is small but the unit is compact and fits nicely. The door now opens to the right to make room for loading and unloading. Nice to have the option of opening left or right.

We are very happy with the unit. It is heavy so you will need the correct equipment to move it, but unit has a great capacity and does a great job! Fast and quiet and clean clothes. Drying time is short because the washer spins out the excess water very effectively.

Had high hopes for a high end unit. Good looking, positive performance reviews, large capacity, supposed quality build. Washer tub gasket had a large gap in front that accumulates small items like socks that disappear and get stuck and slow door side drainage causing dirt and grime build up. Dryer side from day 1 would intermittently stop, shut off, restart and then pause load so would have to go and start it back up. After only a few uses bearings started to squeak in the beginning then fade. After a few weeks noise was unbearable. The overall performance of dryer was mediocre, clothes would still be slightly damp unless you ran timed dry on higher temp settings. Poor moisture sensor performance. Understand these all could have just been issues with this single unit and could have been fixed, but not for a new unit. Was returned. My 15year old kenmore set this replaced performed better even in their dying days before not usable. The only saving grace was purchasing through Best Buy membership who understood the issue and helping get it replaced and different setup picked out and on its way. If you don’t have an actual Best Buy membership highly recommend if you plan on buying appliances.
