The Video is very easy to follow along, enabling a person to do all of the exercises properly. We had no problem keeping up and the moves were very understandable!

I’m over 60 and for some reason I kept thinking I needed to do tai chi for flexibility. It’s true! I’m able to walk better, my balance is better! And my knees feel better! This is easy to follow instructions, low impact. Beginners can’t go wrong with this video.

I got this DVD for a friend of mine who's doctor recommended he do Tai Chi for his hips. He said the instructions are very easy to follow and after doing it for about a week, he is feeling better.

I'm new to Tai Chi...the instruction is minimal. I find the instructor boring and lacking the want to instruct a person how to perform Tai Chi, as he would rather show off his ability to do the movements.
