A: The answer is both "yes" and "no" here. The Elgato Cam Link 4K will work with any unencrypted HDMI signal, according to their website. This means as long as the signal isn't encrypted with HDCP, it should be able to capture it as a source. If it is, then you're not going to be able to use this.
