Questions & Answers
what ink cartridges can I use in an Epson printer 4833? Why is my printer now printing so lightly when there is still half of the ink left in the cartridge?
Answered by EpsonHello. The printer is designed to only work with Epson 822 and 822XL Ink Cartridges. We recommend printing out a nozzle check from the maintenance menu for print quality issues to ensure everything works as intended. If you are missing nozzles, you can try to run a print head cleaning to see if your prints improve. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
can i print black and white if i don't have the color cartriges?
Answered by EpsonHello glenn. Some printer models allow for temporary printing with black ink when color cartridges are expended. To see if your printer has this feature, we need to confirm the model first. Please contact our Technical Support team by phone for additional assistance. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
what other ink work in a workforce wf 7310
Answered by EpsonHello anita. The WF-7310 is designed to only work with Epson T812 and T812XL Ink Cartridges. Unfortunately, 702XL Ink Cartridges are not compatible with the printer. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
I've been buying the Epson 720 standard & the last 2X's I bought from Best Buy the black ink kept coming out so light, is this because I should be using the Epson 702XL? or was the ink dried out? Had to use color printing labels so black would be darker.
Answered by EpsonHi Nyasha. Based on your description, the issue with black ink printing-out too light (i.e. faint printouts) may be related to clogged print head nozzles. Run a nozzle check to see if any of the print head nozzles are clogged. Then clean the print head, if necessary. For more information, visit the official Epson Support website.
