The FortiGate 90G is a compact desktop next-generation firewall built for midsize offices and branches with multi-gigabit WAN links. It is powered by the Fortinet SP5 security processor and delivers 28 Gbps firewall, 4.5 Gbps IPS, 2.5 Gbps NGFW and 2.2 Gbps threat protection throughput, with IPsec VPN up to 25 Gbps. Connectivity includes 2x 10GE RJ45/SFP+ shared-media WAN ports and 8x GE RJ45 LAN ports plus 1x USB. Secure SD-WAN and a wireless and switch controller are built into FortiOS at no extra cost, letting the unit manage up to 96 FortiAP access points and 24 FortiSwitch switches from one console. This bundle includes the FortiGate 90G appliance plus 1-year FortiGuard Unified Threat Protection (UTP), which covers IPS, antivirus, FortiSandbox cloud sandboxing, application control, inline CASB, URL, DNS and video filtering, and anti-botnet and C2 protection.
