Mounting brackets completely misaligned to the MSI MAG B850 Tomahawk MAX. Tried adjust it best I could. Had the MOBO mounted to the center bracket and completed one screw. One it was obvious that it wouldnt be able to get any of the additional screws in, unscrewing the successful mount stripped the mount out of the case and I got to spend 2 joyful hours of christmas eve trying to undo a stripped screw so I could repackage and return the case.

I’m very happy with the Fractal Design Pop XL Air case. The build quality is excellent and it was very easy to work in thanks to the spacious interior and thoughtful layout. There’s plenty of room for larger components, including long GPUs and tall CPU coolers, which made installation straightforward. Cooling performance is another strong point. The mesh front panel allows for great airflow, and the four included RGB fans keep temperatures under control even during heavier workloads. The tempered glass side panel also looks great and lets you show off the build without being overly flashy. Cable management is pretty easy as well, with good routing space and tie-down points to keep everything tidy. I also like the small touches Fractal added, like the hidden storage compartment and removable dust filters for easier maintenance. Overall, the Pop XL Air strikes a nice balance between airflow, build quality, and aesthetics. If you’re looking for a roomy case that supports large components and keeps everything cool without being overly expensive, this is a great choice.
