So disappointed
I paid 1000.00 for this installed and it doesnt dry and my glasses and plates are spotted. Silverware doesn't thoroughly get clean. I've tried several options. So disappointed :(. Its only been a month and they wont return it. Unhappy customer.

Quiet and functional, be careful during install
I purchased this model for two reasons: quiet operation and aesthetics that matched my oven. Those two points are satisfactory, but there was an issue after installation where the unit kept running after the tech left, and it flooded itself such that a sensor malfunctioned. By the time Best Buy could even attempt a replacement, it had fixed itself. I am assuming the sensor dried off. The only other problem I have had is a dirty film will collect near the hinge of the door.
