Q: Is this oven a direct electrical connection or does it plug into an outlet?
A: Thanks for dropping by! This Wall Oven uses a direct electrical connection rather than a plug-in outlet. It requires a hardwired 240V power supply connection, which is typically made inside the junction box on the top right of the oven. - Maria
Q: What’s the difference between the regular Frigidaire ovens and the gallery series?
A: Hello Linda, The Frigidaire Gallery and Professional collections are two of the most popular oven lines from Frigidaire. While the ovens in these collections look nearly identical, there are some differences in terms of features and functionality. One way to differentiate between ovens in the Gallery and Professional collections is how homeowners perceive and use the appliance. Gallery ovens are more energy efficient and simpler to operate. Professional ovens offer more controls and selections, and also support more robust, high-temperature cooking. The functional differences might matter the most to the average cook or master chef. In terms of aesthetics, the Frigidaire Gallery ovens are available in black or white, as well as a stainless steel finish. Professional ovens are only available in stainless steel. Gallery collection ovens can be matched to existing black or white as well as stainless steel non-Frigidaire appliances, while the Professional oven is only appropriate in kitchens with stainless steel appliances, if creating a matching and cohesive collection is important to the consumer. The Frigidaire - Gallery 27" Built-in Single Electric Wall Oven with Fan Convection is a part of the Gallery collection. It features a fan convection system that circulates hot air in the oven for faster and more even multi-rack baking. The oven also has a self-cleaning feature that eliminates the need for scrubbing. I hope this helps! - Owen

Q: My cutout height is 28. 5 inches would this unit still work?
A: Thanks for reaching out! Yes, it is generally okay to install a 27-inch built-in single electric wall oven in a 28.5-inch cutout. The extra space can help with ventilation and make installation easier. However, it's important to check the manufacturer’s installation guidelines to ensure there are no specific requirements or restrictions for your particular oven model. -Yhano
Q: If I have a regular Frigidaire oven, will there be a problem if I replace with a Gallery one ?
A: Thank you for reaching out to us, Lily. Swapping a regular Frigidaire oven with a Frigidaire Gallery model should be feasible, but there are a few things to check before making the switch: 1. Dimensions - You must ensure the new Gallery oven fits the existing space. Measure the height, width, and depth of both the old and new ovens to confirm they match. 2. Electrical Requirements - You must check if the new oven has the same electrical requirements as the old one. Gallery models might have different power needs or plug configurations. 3. Ventilation: Make sure the ventilation setup (if any) is compatible with the new oven. 4. Installation: You must verify if any modifications are needed for installation, such as adjustments to the cabinetry or connections. 5. Features and Controls: Gallery models often come with advanced features. You should ensure you're comfortable with any new controls or functions. If all these factors align, replacing your Frigidaire oven with a Gallery model should be straightforward. If you're unsure about any of these details, it might be a good idea to consult with a professional installer. We hope this information helps. - Maria
A: Hello, Kayla! Thanks for reaching out! If you need a longer power cord you can purchase a 10' (3 m) power cord kit part number #903056-9010. We hope this information was helpful to you and your shopping experience. - Sam

It fit. Sleek look. Went through initial break in heat cycle ok. Can’t wait to try the convection and air fry options. The BestBuy process was easy. I went to grapevine store and they were great. Will revisit this review in a few months

After using this oven, I think our other oven was slowly failing for a while. We are not big oven users but my son is and he has fallen in love with this one. Food is cooked evenly and fast.
