Supper large capacity oven. I had two turkey breasts, a large ham, stuffing, yam casserole, and still had room for more. I was cooking for 18, the convection in this oven is so fast compared to my last ovens convection bake and roast. At least 25% faster even things on the lower shelves were cooked evenly to perfection. The induction power boost burner really brings a large pot of water to a rolling boil in 2-3 minutes. The warming setting on the stove burners keeps everything the same temp without continuing to cook it. Perfect for a large dinner party. Air fry works great too. I have not tried the steam bake yet. Can't wait. Also cookies came out perfectly even cooked.

The best oven/range I’ve ever bought! Love the convection oven.No more moving cookie trays from one shelf to the other while trying to bake two trays at once.Cookies turn out evenly baked. Has so many other perks! love the air fryer built within it also. The stove is an induction, cooing food faster On the stove you can “bridge” the front & back burner so they connect -cooking an oblong griddle pan so able to cook lots more pancakes or bacon & eggs all at once.

I really, really wanted to love this range. The good: The oven is fantastic -- it holds heat beautifully and it is easy to use. Also, the unit is really great looking and is very easy to clean. The bad: The induction cooktop will shut off completely, with NONE of the burners working, if a drop of water falls on the control panel area. The unit will beep a few times then shut off, even if the water is wiped away quickly. This can happen from something as simple as condensate from the lid of a pan or water from my hands if I'm adding washed greens. Most of the time, I'm able to wipe up the droplet, dry it with a clean towel, and restart the cooktop. But sometimes it is not brought back to life by drying the water off. Four times since we bought this range four months ago, I have wiped up the water, dried it off with a clean towel, and have still been unable to get the cooktop to turn back on. It will beep and shut off immediately, no matter how often I press the power button. In these instances, I've had to flip the circuit breaker off and on to get the range to start working again. Talk about frustrating when I'm in the middle of cooking a meal!!! This crazy behavior is a direct result of the hypersensitivity of the control panel. Since the control panel is seamless with the cooktop itself, it's impossible to keep it free of drops of water 100% of the time, especially when using the front burners. Nearly every day, a drop of water from a lid falls on the control panel and I get the beep freakout and have to wipe it up before I can continue cooking. It's really, really frustrating. Curiously, while the range will beep similarly if I accidentally move a hot pan over the little lines separating the control panel from the cooktop area (to tell me to move it back, obviously), it won't shut off in this situation nearly as fast and I've not once had to restart the range because of it. It's only drops of water -- yes water! -- that seem to cause the problem. I can only assume it is the weight of the drop of water that makes the control panel freak out, but I don't know. I only know that it is really, really frustrating to have it happen so often.
