It also lacks ECG capabilities found on similarly priced smartwatches. Ultimately, if you want a lightweight, premium multi-sport powerhouse and don't mind navigating without full maps, it's an incredible tracker. But if you need deep backcountry navigation or are looking for a bargain, you might want to look up or down Garmin's ladder.

I go anywhere from 8 to 10 days without having to charge my watch. You’re lucky to maybe get a singular day out of an Apple Watch. I also love that when I wear it to bed it tracks my sleep cycle. And it gives me recommendations on when my body needs rest. It’s definitely helped me get on a healthier and more regular schedule. I can still receive my texts and my calls through the Garmin. Honestly, what more could you ask for? If you’re hesitant to make the switch for your serious about your health… Just do it.
