Pretty cool little unit. Works great on flat water! I am on the Great Lakes. Does not give a very good reading in waves and is not very good on really rough water. Make sure that whatever you are going to use it with has a daylight screen (can still read screen in full sun).

The app is garbage

I don't know if the striker works or not because the associated app is terrible and doesn't work without active cellular connection.
