Customer Ratings & Reviews

I recently purchased this microwave, and I’m extremely impressed! The price was unbeatable for the quality you’re getting. It’s very spacious, which makes heating larger dishes a breeze. Plus, the installation was super easy – I had it set up and ready to use in no time. The microwave works efficiently, heats evenly, and looks sleek in my kitchen. If you’re looking for a great, affordable microwave with plenty of room and easy setup, this is definitely the one to go for!

Bought the same exact model as 5 years ago - to match all the holes and bracket for over the stove installation. Everything was different so installation was a lot more work. Certain features didn't work initially but magically everything seems to be working now. I thought the old microwave was working fine - but my bride insisted that the reheat option was malfunctioning - my interpretation is that she never read the instructions. Overall, a good decent appliance.

This microwave is beautiful in person, super spacious, and easy to use. I originally was looking for a microwave with lots of features, and this one seem to hit the mark. After delivery, I found that I didn’t really need use for those features, but still decided to keep the microwave because of it’s utility and sharp look.

Great microwave for the price. Easy to install and has many features.

This microwave is lovely looking, made with quality. The silver cleans easily. I love the microwave Steam Clean feature and express cook from 1 minute to 9 minutes. I also love the sensor feature for popcorn, potato, beverage etc. it has a large tray to warm big food containers up.

Excellent microwave. Sleek and beautiful design works perfectly.

Easy installation! Looks great. One day of use can not tell much, but I like it a lot

This microwave is awesome. It’s quiet, it’s beautiful and it heats up my food quickly. Love all the features like sensor cooking! And just push the Potato button and wallah, your potato cooks perfectly. I also love the low (night lite) and high light that lights up the stove top. Can’t wait to receive my GE Profile range that is on back order! GE appliances are the best! This model is replacing my 27 year old GE microwave that still worked perfectly. Yes that’s right, 27 YEARS of heavy daily use. I am only replacing it because the handle was so brittle do to age, it was going to break off any time, but everything else worked perfectly. Buy a GE - it’s a wonderfully high quality product! I highly recommend this model.

Waited a couple of weeks before writing the review. Everything so far seems to lead me to believe we made the right pick. This unit is quitter than our last microwave. Nice overall appearance. We opt'ed to connect the top external vent. Some nice features that we didn't have on our last microwave. As of today, I would recommend this to a friend.

The price justifies the quality of the product. Easy to use and the sensor that identifies how big the object inside is works very well. I was surprised and pleased with the intensity of the 4 suction modes, although it is a little loud.

Works very well, heats food quickly and evenly. Easy to use and looks great in my kitchen. Very happy with my purchase

Easy to install yourself. You do NOT need a bump out kit unless your cabinets are deeper then 15” even if you have a 36” opening width for an older microwave like I do. I unfortunately listened to bad online advice. The filler kits are hard to find and are back ordered everywhere as of this writing but I was able to find one on eBay. Check the General Electric site for the right kit for this model as there are different ones. Marking a centerline is most important. One last install tip: don’t over tighten the bolts on top because the receiving jackets will lose their grip. My wife love the darker stove-like interior and says it’s much easier to clean then the white ones. Worth the extra money

Gonna start with the only issue I have had with this model: Day 1 the LED Surface light worked fine - Day 2 stopped working, "OK" I thought I'll buy a replacement assuming the bulb broke. Tried a new bulb and still doesn't work - so apparently some other issue. It looks like this was originally outfitted for a standard incandescent bulb and was retrofitted for LED. We doint use the underneath light so its not the end of the world, but for a brand new appliance not the best start. Other than that installation was relatively easy - took me about 5 hours to remove old one and install new one. Microwave works good and looks good with our matching GE Stove.

I replaced a 22 year old GE with new GE microwave. Its been a shock at how we went backwards in 20 years. Some issues that have popped up in just under 2 months: 1. The buttons are hard to press. I am confident the pad will develop a crack on the 30 second button way before the old one did. 2. The fan on this is wicked loud. 3. The fan on this blows straight up into the cabinets not out and up like my previous.. this puts a later of grease on the cabinets above. (Yes the filter is in) 4. The interior light is dim 5. It tends to heat up my plates and bowls instead of food on occasion... like ill cool precooked bacon and after 1:30sec either itll be cooked to peefection some days or others undercooked with a scorching hot plate underneath. 6. Hard to keep the exterior clean... fingerprints stick. How does 20 years go by and all we have is this??

The was a very inexpensive buy, a great deal for an excellent product which was hard to find elsewhere. And when I did the price was almost doubled. Thanks for a great deal

The unit was exactly as described. Looks and works great very happy I got it. I’ve always had good luck with the GE appliances is the reason I chose this one it’s got a lot of great features and has been very simple to use.

I love this microwave so far. It cooks fast, looks sleek, and east to install. The onlt reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it is loud. But otherwise great product.

We love this microwave a lot. We use it for everything and it does the best job ever. I totally recommend this overhead microwave for anybody who's looking for a good overhead microwave. Get a good review

Love the microwave, so many great features! Looks so sleek, the perfect compliment to my new range! I couldn’t be happier, unless I wni the money for the reviews! LOL
