A: Hello - Thanks so much for reaching out about this wonderful A/C, this is a really good question. Yes, this model comes with a washable air filter. The filter should be cleaned at least every two weeks for the unit to operate at optimum efficiency. You can wash or vacuum the dust from the filter. Let us know if any other questions come up. Q: Do i need to buy a ventilation package? How does it ventilate?

Q: What kind of plug do you need? How much space do you need around the unit?
A: Three plug. 2 and a half feet square.
A: Yes, can you send the wheels, this is a very expensive item and both of the machines came with one wheel broken. I would love to keep the machines but not with broken parts that I have to pay for when it arrived broken.
