Rating 4.5. Dryer vent adapter on back is placed in a position where the top of the dryer expands out, meaning if you have a tight space and need to use a slim vent, it will not connect. You just purchase an additional piece and had to cut it to make it work. Also the bottom feet are extremely hard to rotate and adjust. I am not sure if this is because the delivery men tightened them or that’s how it comes out of the factory. So far the machine works great, and have been no issues. Delivery however was not so good. I used the third party provided by Best Buy. They only give you one option of purchase for connecting ventalition. IMPORTANT: if you have a tight space you will likely need a slim vent not the regular basic one that takes up 10+ inches and expands the length of a bathtub like they will put it. Using the space saver vent will allow you to get the dryer 3 inches from the wall. When the delivery men showed up the first thing they told me was that it was not going to fit, and they could not guarantee it. This again is because they did not use the correct hook up attachments for both appliances. When I asked if this could be fixed, I was told maybe but they don’t have anything to do that. They said that is the best they could do to get it to go back. Guess it takes one woman to do the work of 2 men. Why anyone installs the washer before the dryer is beyond me. I have attached a picture to show you the back is the dryer hook up they did.

Love our new dryer!!! So quiet and dries perfectly. Glad we went with Best Buy!! Delivery was great and on time. Thank you for us not having the headaches we did with Home Depot.

Coming from a 7 year old Samsung set and have had this and it's matching washer for about a month. Have put it through all of it's paces and have had no problem with it at all. Definitely bigger than the Sammies. About as noisy as any other set I've had. Wifi connectivity works fine and is set up for notifications more than anything else that I can see. Might be more to it I haven't discovered yet. Love the steam dewrinkle setting. Clothes come out nice and smooth. By the numbers the drum is a bit bigger than the Sammies but seems more so in person. Both work like a charm. No complaints at this time. Gimme a year or two and maybe I'll have a different opinion.

This is an excellent dryer! Very efficient and I love how you can stack it on top of the washer. Highly recommend!

Did lots of researching the latest and greatest brands and models of washers and dryers and this dryer exceeds my expectations! Wifi is a bonus with the reminders if you forget your laundry.

Great washer and dryer set. Love all the features. Would definitely recommend anyone to look at what these have to offer and seriously consider purchasing if in the market for one.

After 5 weeks use, it blew the 2220v breaker during a dry cycle. House breaker wouldn't reset while dryer was plugged in. GE service tech came out and found an online service bulletin about the power wires being routed up against the heater element box and melting the insulation causing a direct short. GE says replacement harness is out of stock and won't be available for at least six weeks. Clearly buying this dryer was a mistake. Still waiting on a return call from Best Buy about options.

I finally got this dryer delivered with the matching washer after a month and a half of waiting. The dryer itself is beautiful. It seems easy to use and has a large capacity. We've had some issues with some of the cycles stopping and displaying "check filter". There is no issue with the filter or the exhaust hose so I have to call and find out why this is happening. My biggest issue/complaint is the delivery of the product. I purchased August 7 and the earliest delivery was September 16. That date came and I had sold my old washer and dryer and prepared the laundry room for delivery. Deliver was confirmed by both email and phone. The deliver time window came and went and no one showed up. Not even a phone call. I called Best Buy and they had absolutely no explanation as to why my washer and dryer weren't delivered. They told me I could reschedule and gave me a date another month and a half away! I called best buy again a few hours later and by some miracle, the lady I spoke with got me a delivery date the following Monday.

Have had this dryer four months now and no issues. Good variety of cycles and does a good job getting laundry dry. Comes with a steam function, so make sure your installation includes a second water line, a two-way splitter, and a short water line from the water source to the splitter. The 7.8 cu.ft. dryer matches the 4.8 cu.ft. washer, and the nickel finish is very pretty. You can buy a riser platform for the unit separately if this seems a little short after install. Recommend GE over any South Korean washer/dryers after our last Samsung pair. The dryer lasted 5 years but not the washer. So highly recommend investing in the Geek Squad protection plan whatever you end up buying.

Love this dryer. Has a lot of features. Has a pleasant chime. Runs very quiet. Haven't even used all the features it has. No longer have to go to the laundromat for my king size comforter.

I have had a great experience with this dryer. It dries my clothing super fast. Sometimes when you get the clothes out immediately after a cycle you have to be careful not to burn your hands on the metal buttons on baby clothes and such. It has steam and a built in refresh mode. If you forget clothes in the dryer for a few days it is your savior. I have nothing bad to say but the wifi capabilities could be improved on the model i have by adding cobtrolability via the app.

Quiet, efficient, and very large tub. I can dry a huge load at once. Great buy.

I bought this set a couple of moths ago and I am extremely pleased. The dryer is quiet and fast and the clothes don’t end up wrinkled unless you leave them for a long time and forget to run the wrinkle prevent feature. If you do forget and come back a couple of days later, the wrinkle release mode which mists the clothes before spinning, works perfectly. These are also very fast even when drying towels and heavy blankets.

Love it! Simple to use. Haven't learned all it can do yet! I bought the pedestal too and just right height! Clothes dry fast and fluffy. I would recommend. The color Satin Nickel is a change from the Stainless and looks beautiful.

Love,Love,love my new dryer, it’s quite and dryes my biggest comforter I have . I can also put a whole load to dry and finish sooner doing the laundry. The technician’s that delivered it were fast efficient and very professional.

I absolutely love this dryer! It is quiet and very efficient. I love all the different cycle settings which more than suit my needs. I installed the app for it which is very informative. It lets you know when the dryer is almost done and complete with the cycle. You can also add more time to keep your clothes from wrinkling. The only issue I have is that when I bought it, Best Buy recommended buying the power supply cord, but did not offer or recommend the Y coupler and cold water hose to connect it for the steam feature to work. This is something I can do on my own, but would have been a lot better if those parts were offered at the time of purchase so the tech could have installed it for me.

Absolutely love this dryer! The steam option was a little off putting at first, but have come to love it.
