A: Your plumber needs to connect water feed to ice maker and they can turn on at same time!

A: Thanks for checking with us. This model has a total of 23.1 cubic ft. with 7.16 cubic feet space in the freezer compartment and 14.92 cubic feet in the fresh food section. The fresh food shelf dimensions are the following: 15.7" W x 12" D. The storage height in cabinet (distance from lower shelf to liner top): 18" The fresh food door dimensions is 42.5" in height and 18" in width. The hinge cover depth is 5 1/2" and the snack pan will pull out to approximately 9". The interior of the freezer is 32"W x 26"D x 22"H. Joyce@GEAppliances
Q: My Fridgaire Profile fridge seems to be very cold. How cold should temp be set at?
A: This PWE23KYNFS model is a GE Profile refrigerator. The refrigerator comes preset at the recommended temperature of 37 degrees Fahrenheit. For this model, the Temperature Display is located on the inside left-hand refrigerator door. To change the temperature, press and release the REFRIGERATOR or FREEZER pad. To change the temperature, tap either the REFRIGERATOR or FREEZER pad until the desired temperature is displayed. For more information, see the Control Style D section of the Controls section, starting on page 9 of the Owner’s Manual. Fridge works, but fit and finish...
The fridge works great. Love the internal water dispenser, lighting, and the size is perfect. For the price though... Fit and finish are below expectations. Top of freezer door trim is scratched up. Can't get the fridge door to level out (left door as low as it can go, and the right as high). Also, leveling the fridge is at its brink too. Got the fridge level but it tips slightly back to the left if you push too hard. (my floors are level...) Don't get me started with trying to pick out all of the protective plastic from under the trim. For the price I'd go back to Samsung. Even with their unreliable ice makers.

GE energy star counter depth
Noticed an energy savings immediately. Compressor is off quite often which makes me think it's working efficiently. Quiet. User manual is terrible, not friendly.
