Geek Squad Certified Means Nothing
We purchase this watch as a "Geek Squad Certified" refurbished watch for my wife. It looked good but upon arrival the battery was bad. We took it in and found that Best Buy would not replace the battery. Instead we returned it and they shipped us a second one. That battery was worse. Watch would not last a day. Took it back and returned it and they shipped us a third watch. Again software immediately told us the battery was not able to charge and needed attention. Apparently, Geek Squad Certified means NOTHING. They all told us that no watch was supposed to be sold as refurbished unless it was appropriately inspected and tested. But since they apparently cannot or will not open the watch and replace the battery it is clear that this "Geek Squad Certification" means absolutely nothing.
