Good second Ghostbusters movie. It's nice to see Bill Murray, Dan Aykroid, the late Harold Ramus, and cast doing a sequel. Love the pink slime in the tunnel scenes.

I bought this by mistake. I thought that this was 4k but this is mastered in 4k. Very confusing. BestBuy was awesome in letting me return the dvd.

The picture quality definitely felt like a improvement on the first film (despite the first film being the better film of the two)

After saving New York City from a ghost attack, the Ghostbusters -- a team of spirit exterminators -- is disbanded for demolishing parts of the city during the battle. But when Ghostbuster Peter Venkman (Bill Murray) learns that spirits have taken an interest in his son, the men launch a rogue ghost-chasing mission. The quest quickly goes awry, landing them in court. But when the ghosts turn on the judge, he issues an order allowing the Ghostbusters to get back to work.

Continuing the love from my Ghostbusters PopArt Steelbook review, just as much can be said for the Ghostbusters 2 PopArt release - it's a wonderful addition to my collection. I love the designs coming from the PopArt collective and I'm glad Best Buy is putting them on steel. Both films have artwork that emulates with 80's goodness, with vibrant neon colors (Blue/Green tones and colors for the first film, Yellow/Orange for the second.) I can't wait to see what's next - Keep em' coming!

Caution, the 4k edition doesn't actually include the Digital copy, the cover photo and description is incorrect. Otherwise, I'm happy to have this movie as the 4K UHD edition and standard blu-ray. Just would have been nice if the description wasn't misleading, I ordered this from Best Buy specifically because it was offering the digital copy and a non-digital edition was shipped to me.

So I purchased the first ghostbusters the movie was great and the transfer was excellent. So let me try Ghostbusters 2, I forgot how bad the movie was but I also wanted to see how the transfer looked and it was ok not as good as the first but ok. The PQ and the audio are better the the standard blu-ray. I could not find this 4k disc on sale any where but I used a gift card and my rewards from Bestbuy and I got the price reasonable.

We all love the original ghostbusters and we love the sequel. This is the perfect addition to your collection. The art cover is an exclusive from best buy. My only issue was the vudu code for ghostbusters 1 was for ghostbusters 2, even though the insert said ghostbusters 1. But if this happens to you, just set up Sony account, you need it. Email a pic of the insert to sony help. And they will push the corrected movie to vudu.

Ghostbusters II. I saw this film in the theatre in 1989 as a child. I was in love immediately. I was obsessed with Ghostbusters and The Real Ghostbusters cartoon. I do not understand all of the hate and bashing this film takes from the fans, I think it is fun and interesting. Not nearly as well written or structured as the previous film, but entertaining and more geared towards the younger fans for sure.

If you already own the first movie this one is good to pick up too. It's more of the Ghostbusting fun with some extras too. The picture quality says 4k but the picture is a bit grainy. The sound is good though. And it has several bonus features. If you don't have either the first movie or the second you could get the double feature for a smaller price. And the double feature comes with the extra features too.

Ghostbusters II on blu-ray is finally here, and does not disappoint. It's like watching again in the theater only in your living room, and probably clearer. I did not find as much film grain in this one as Ghostbusters but that may not be due to post processing but due to better film used in the later movie. Either way, it brings back memories and if you are a Ghostbusters fan this is defiantly a good value.

Great classic comedy movie sequel! Perfect timing with sale and the online order had fast delivery. Discounted price when purchasing 3 movies from a select group of movies. Allowed me to also get the first in the sequel and another movie we had wanted with digital copy. Always appreciate these Best Buy sales!

The purples and pinks of the ooze pop like they never have and fine detail on clothing and faces are visible to a degree they've never been on home video. A must own disc for anyone adopting the 4K format. The film itself? Well, I grew up with it and enjoy it but I recognize it's not as good as the first. Still, it's entertaining and well worth a watch.

A personal favorite movie of mine growing up, I couldn't pass the chance to buy it when I saw it especially and in such a great price. The picture itself looks beautifully in my 65inch 8k Tv. Highly recommend the movie if you are a Ghostbusters fan.

The bluray from the 30th anniversary pack already looked great and is included in this pack. The uhd expands on the color for 4k viewing and this is probably going to be the definitive release for this movie for a long time. The ghostbusters movies on uhd are some of the cheaper discs on sale and are some of the best looking ones too.
