Gibraltar Hardware - No-Leg Rack Mount Model Snare Drum Stand, with Ultra Adjust Basket Hinged Memory Lock & Nylon Inserts

For drummers who use rack systems and want total freedom in how they position their snare, the Gibraltar 9706NL No Leg Snare Drum Stand is a game changer. Part of the high-performance 9000 Series, this model is designed without a traditional tripod base, making it a perfect addition to rack-based drum setups where space, precision, and stability matter most. Instead of taking up valuable floor space, the 9706NL mounts directly to your rack using standard clamps, freeing up your stage or studio environment from unnecessary hardware clutter. This not only improves your layout visually, but it also gives you more room for foot pedals, cables, or custom gear arrangements. At the heart of this stand is Gibraltar’s trusted Ultra Adjust basket system, which uses a gearless design for smooth, stepless positioning. Whether you prefer your snare flat, angled, or anywhere in between, this system lets you fine-tune placement with ease—making it ideal for players who switch styles or need highly personalized setups. The hinged memory lock makes sure your snare returns to the perfect height every time you play. Built-in nylon inserts prevent metal-on-metal wear and reduce vibrations, keeping your kit quiet, clean, and durable over the long haul. This stand supports a wide range of snare sizes—from 13" to 15" drums, and it’s fully compatible with 14" wood hoop snares, offering a stable grip for specialty drums that require extra care or space. The adjustable height range from 13 to 20 inches allows you to accommodate deep snares, low rack mounting points, and seated playing styles with ease. Whether you’re building a space-efficient hybrid setup, expanding your rack configuration, or simply want a professional snare stand that looks and performs at the highest level, the Gibraltar 9706NL is a smart, reliable, and gig-ready solution for today’s modern drummer.
