Gibraltar Hardware - Snare Drum Stand, Medium Weight Double Braced Tripod with Super Lock, Adjustment from 18" to 25"

You hustle. So should your hardware. The Gibraltar 6706 Snare Stand is built for real-life drummers who need their gear to set up fast, hold tight, and last forever. With its double-braced legs, geared basket, and Super Lock height system, it delivers studio-level control and gig-level stability—without breaking your back to carry it. From 10" to 15" snares with metal hoops or up to 14" with wood hoops, this stand’s got the grip and flexibility to handle your sound, your setup, and your style. The Gibraltar 6706 Double-Braced Snare Drum Stand is the smart choice for drummers who demand performance, precision, and portability from their hardware. Whether you’re rehearsing at home, performing on stage, or laying down tracks in the studio, this stand delivers rock-solid support, thoughtful design, and smooth adjustability. Its medium-weight build makes it light enough to carry with ease, while the double-braced tripod base offers the durability and strength needed for frequent setup and teardown. This makes the 6706 especially well-suited for drummers who travel, teach, or play regularly in changing environments. The rounded rubber feet keep your stand anchored on all surfaces—without scratching, sliding, or taking up too much room. At the heart of the stand is the Super Lock height adjustment system, which uses a specialized ABS insert to eliminate metal-on-metal contact. This reduces the risk of rattle or clatter, offering smooth, quiet height changes and added hardware longevity. The stand adjusts easily between 18 to 25 inches, giving you full range to set your snare at the height that suits your preferred setup. The basket tilter is geared, giving you positive, click-in-place adjustments, and the nylon wing nut lets you snug your drum securely into the basket without over-tightening or damaging shell hardware. This mechanism accommodates a wide range of snares—from 10" piccolo-style drums to 15" marching or auxiliary snares with metal hoops, and wood hoop snares up to 14 inches. With clean lines, chrome-plated finishes, and Gibraltar’s signature build quality, the 6706 is a versatile, gig-ready snare stand that works hard—just like you do.
