Had a slight issue with first device sent out. It seems the day it was supposed to arrive all of the sudden went missing. Took a couple of days which I was not so happy with to resolve the issue to get a replacement device sent for the one that went missing. That's why one star less. The phone is working fine. It's been a few months now. This one came with 3 small scratches on the screen but very minimal on my opinion. An additional one I had ordered had on scratches at all. we haven't had any problems with phone.

Very decent flagship phone and budget friendly. Camera quality is excellent expect for selfies. Takes good pictures but not for portraits (color contrast is not natural).

The phone arrived in optimal condition, no signs of use or defects. The screen of excellent quality, without scratches or marks. It arrived formatted from the factory and was immediately updated to Android 14. The camera is amazing! Stable and fast system. Very comfortable with the purchase. Very fast shipping. The only observation is that the packaging is of poor quality.

Arrived with a badly scratched and scuffed screen I was sent by Geek squad customer service to a store over an hour and a half away with the assurance the phone would be swapped out with a new in the box one off their shelves. The store said they definitely wouldn't have done that had they even had any in stock but they didn't, nor did they have any remanufactured replacements and the earliest I would have gotten a shipped replacement was almost 12 days later unless I agreed to pay $48 expedited shipping. This is not the first issue I have had with a used damaged item just being repacked and shipped by Geek squad as a remanufactured item and then best buy refusing to stand behind the warranty, and I had to return that item as well. At least that time I was compensated for my time and my fuel expenses. This time I wasn't even offered that reasonable accommodation. Avoid Mail Order Geek Squad refurbished items like the plague.

Try add the brochure and adopter it to facilitate its use and charging

Received Pixel 7 Pro and glass was cracked, resulting in a return and reorder of the device. Next time, please ensure proper packaging to prevent possible damage during transit, especially when online ordering is the only option.

Ordered a Google - Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Pixel 7 Pro 128GB (Unlocked) - Obsidian. Came shipped in cardboard box. Packaging seemed a bit sketchy, wrapped in bubble wrap by itself just bouncing around. Arrived undamaged. The only accessory was the original USB-C to USB-C cable. Made transferring data to the new phone very easy. My main concern when buying refurbished was the condition. The phone was like new, not a scratch. There was a screen protector left on the camera bar that made me double check I got the right model. Saved a lot of money buying refurbished for a phone looks like it hadn't been used. Seems pretty good.

Fantastic phone. Was a bit sceptical with the phone not being new but it checks all the boxes. The phone is in excellent condition, takes amazing photos and videos and is hands down the smartest phone I've ever used. Battery lasts about a day with regular use. Overall, I absolutely love it! Don't even need to upgrade to the Pixel 8 pro.

this phone takes as good pictures a my, canon and nikon slr cameras, screen is very bright and resolution is very high, and processor and ram opens up apps and internet browser very fast, very good price for refurbished unit.

Purchasing this device did scare me quite a bit, since I had no prior experience with geek squad refurbished. I had my eyes set on the 7 pro as soon as it came out last year, but it was too much money to justify the purchase at $899. I'm so happy about this purchase for a few reasons. Firstly, is the price. It has been almost a year since the device came out and 300$ off is crazy. Second, there is no physical damage on the device aside from some scuffs on the camera bar, and I was expecting something like that so no surprise there. What did surprise me was the battery health. It's at about 99% which is really good for a 11 month old device. My old pixel would need a recharge sometime around midday cause I use my phone so much. After using this refurbished device for one week, I can say that it easily lasts more than a day with my usage. The only part about the experience I didn't enjoy was the packaging, it didn't come with the original box and the only thing included was a very stiff USB c to c cable.

I have always had Samsung phones, but wanted to try something different. Works good so far and noticed that the apps and video quality/color acuracy is slightly better. At least for me.
