Great doorbell with excellent 2K video quality. The picture is sharp day and night, motion detection is accurate, and alerts are fast and reliable. Installation was easy since it’s wired, and the Google Home app works smoothly for live view and event history. Sleek design and solid performance overall. Highly recommended.

Installed this doorbell with existing doorbell wire. Had 20 volts so didn't have to do anything. Comes with everything needed for the install. Connected with my Google home app instantly and works perfectly. Wife wanted to get rid of ugly doorbell ringer so ours rings just to our Google mini's placed throughout the house.

After switching from an Alarm.com doorbell camera to the Google Nest doorbell, I can confidently say this is a much more refined and capable product. The first thing that stands out is the video quality. The image is crisp and clear, with excellent detail in both bright and low light conditions. The vertical field of view is especially useful since it allows you to see packages on the ground as well as visitors at the door. The motion detection and smart alerts are where this device really shines. It can identify people, packages, animals, and general motion with impressive accuracy. I receive specific notifications that tell me exactly what is happening instead of just a generic motion alert. This has significantly reduced unnecessary notifications and made it much easier to stay aware of important activity at my front door. Another major advantage is how well it integrates with Google Home. The doorbell connects instantly and works perfectly alongside my other Google devices. I can view the live feed, review recorded events, and receive notifications all within a single app. The experience feels polished and reliable, which was not the case with my previous setup. Installation was surprisingly simple. The instructions are clear, and the app walks you through each step. A huge improvement on video quality and field of view on previous generations. Easy installation with seamless integration with google home. My previous generation was working well after 10 years I only upgraded because my home got a new color paint!

I can't praise Google enough. This doorbell and camera does exactly what you expect it to do. But it does it well. The Google home integration along with Matter provides a seamless digital install while the hardware took me approximately 15 minutes. Doesn't get better than that.

I bought this to replace my first gen wired Nest Hello doorbell. Turns out even though it was wired, it still had a battery inside! And that battery went bad and caused problems such as restarting when the doorbell was rung, and it failed to fundamentally function as a doorbell. Thus I had to get a replacement, and I wish this new one does not go bad as the other one cause this has turned into a disposable product if this tech has to be replaced continuously replaced ad nauseum. Anyway, the new one is working fine so far and the image quality is impeccable and the image is super wide.

Works great. Installed it myself with a not included wall plug adapter as my home had not existing doorbell. Took about and hour or so to install with little issues.

The doorbell is larger than previous nest doorbells. The picture is clear, even at night. The sound is crisp. I remove the doorbell and charge it when it’s below 50%. It’s easy to remove and place back on mount.

The video quality is a step up from their previous generation. For the cost the video quality is okay, but not great. If you need a camera in a low crime neighborhood it's good, but if you need a video capture of faces I don't recommend. The quality is only good if the person is up close.

The nest doorbell 3rd gen works great and has an easy setup as long as your doorbell transformer supports the needed voltage. (Older doorbell transformers will have a problem if under 10v. It connects much quicker than older generations and has a wider camera viewpoint capturing a taller area as well.

Easy to install, set up on the App, and great resolution. We have been very pleased with the results and how easy it works with our phones. Makes my wife feel much safer.

I like the look and performance of the doorbell. The video quality may not be as high as I would have expected, but that may very well be a wi-fi signal issue.

Nice video quality, fairly easy to install (did it myself with YouTube videos). I had to buy a plate to go behind it because there's a gap from the old doorbell. Should maybe include such an item, that would be great.

Went from the battery version to a hardwired version the doorbell is a lot smaller than the last one I had wich is nice but the quality of video just looks amazing on this.
