Had the Geek squad come and program my harmony Logitech 700 universal remote. Only controlling my Samsung TV,Denon receiver,Roku and DirecTV genie but these were more than I felt like doing. The geek squad installed the TV in the spot where my 60 inch plasma set had been. They connected my sound system and other video inputs and programmed my Logitech remote to control the new TV. I am well-satisfied with the installation. The geek squad worked long & hard to insure that the Logitech remote did the things that the LG remote does. They were (mostly) successful.

The Geek Squad mounted the 70 inch Tv on our brick fireplace wall! They then programmed our Harmony remote to be compatible with the new TV. The Geek Squad were prompt, professional, and thorough!

I purchased the Harmony Ultimate One remote when it was on sale from Best Buy. It is capable of programming up to 15 devices. Very user friendly . Since Best Buy set up my new TV and SONOS speakers I had them set up the remote while they were here. This remote definitely makes switching from inputs from my equipment in the other room a breeze. I Love the technology. Way to stay ahead of the game Logitech.

My wife and I are enjoying the sharpness and color on our new Sony X900 television. The clarity and crispness make what we watch even more enjoyable and this is especially true when viewing the photos of our travels over the past five years of the screensaver when listening to classical music via our Apple TV.

The agents connected my Panasonic tv, my Apple TV, my Pioneer AV receiver, and my Samsung Blu-ray player to operate from my new Harmony remote, thus eliminating four individual remotes down to just one simple button to turn on all my devices

The Geek Squad agent was able to install the Logit=ctech remote quic service.kly and even added features to minimize the use of other remotes such as a separate remote for our Roku.

We replaced all the various remotes in each of our motel's rooms with the Harmony Remote. The Geek Squad spent a considerable amount of time programing every device for every TV, DVD & Cable Box...huge job and they were magnificent.

Geek tech improperly connected my home entertainment center. Had uVerse out to correct the problem. Details follow... Coax into DVR, sb connected to modem. Phone line going into DVR instead of modem. Ethernet to BlueRay instead of DVR. I paid you $300 for bad connections that did not work. Conlan, your tech, said I probably had a bad box from uVerse and left me to sort it out. uVerse tech saw and fixed the problem in 3 minutes...three minutes. Mounted flatscreen crooked. Photo attached. You can see the gap as I've the right side speaker vs touching (tight) on the left speaker. When I noticed it the next day I called him. He said that "there may be adjustment screws on the mount, or, maybe the mount "settled on one side". He did not offer to return to fix the problem. When I said that I could not fix it, he suggested that I could pay for another service call. Really!?! Geek squad has helped in the past with my original installation and connection. This time was a waste, GS owes me $300. I will consider a store credit or a full refund. Please advise.

Once you use the Geek squad to program your remote, if if it goes off line again you have to get them back to reprogram the remote.
