A: Just received this and I can confirm that it does NOT have a nano-SIM for LTE despite the product spec sheet from HP saying it does and the images showing a SIM slot.
A: Because this is a Chromebook, it can only download and run apps that are in the Google Play Store, and it uses the Google Chrome operating system. Microsoft has a number of different programs, so "is Microsoft available?" isn't really a question that can be answered. You can check the Play store to see what specific programs are avaialble.

A: Yes, I believe they do, but they're quite quiet. At least I think so. Then again, I'm an old lady & my hearing isn't what it used to be! I've never noticed that it feels warm on my lap even after extended use.
