The HP Laptop 15-dw3035cl is built around a 15.6-inch touchscreen, and that screen is the reason this machine feels friendlier than most laptops at its price. Instead of hunting for a cursor, you tap the document you want, pinch a photo bigger, or scroll a long page with a finger, which makes the whole computer easier to pick up for a student, a parent or anyone who never loved a trackpad. Behind that panel sits an Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor, so the everyday jobs that fill a laptop's day, writing essays, joining video calls, streaming a show, sorting photos, all move along without drama. The 12GB of memory is the part you will notice most on a busy afternoon, because it lets a browser full of tabs sit alongside a spreadsheet, a music app and a chat window without you shutting one thing down to open another. Intel Iris Xe Graphics looks after what you see, keeping video playback and light photo editing clean on the 15.6-inch display. Storage comes from a 1TB hard drive, which is a lot of room for a personal library: years of family photos, a music collection, downloaded films, coursework and backups can all live on the machine instead of on a shelf of drives. Windows 11 Home is already installed, so setup is a matter of signing in and getting to work. This is a sensible, roomy everyday laptop for someone who wants a big touchscreen, comfortable memory and plenty of storage space rather than a machine loaded with hardware they will never touch.
