Firstly, I was surprised about how big this laptop truly was. Its huge ommg but it's truly not that heavy. The speed is immaculate in my opinion and storage even more so. I didn't run into many problems setting up either. It's not 5 stars because I don't know why it keeps glitching on me, I havent dropped it or spilled anything but nevertheless!

Just what I needed for general use and web access. Have had this for 1 month and no problems. I haven't used it to "stream" but am sure it is more than adequate, and the screen resolution is great. I like the silver keyboard which is easy on the eyes. This laptop is very fast especially at start-up, so the Solid-State Drive (SSD) storage is highly recommended. Haven't had any issues with "heat" buildup and battery recharge is good. There is not a DVD drive included but that was not a concern to me. This was a fantastic "Black Friday" $429 purchase which was $250 off normal price. I would recommend this laptop.

I purchased this for an online program I'm doing. Its screen real estate is perfect. Comfortably can put 3 windows side by side without straining my eyes. Screen is matte which is perfect for sitting my the window to do studying. Viewing angles are great and haven't had an issue. The speaker could be better, not a con for me since I like to turn my volume down or if I want to truly listen, Id put on earphones. I am obsessed with this sized computer after purchasing.

screen size was a big part in the purchase. the screen resolution too. it is fast enough to multi task. not game. In the specifications it says (Backlit Keyboard - Yes) but it not. some keys light up like caps lock, mute, and power key. but not what i was expecting as backlit keyboard. also a key to turn on and off the touchpad would have been nice. got used to it from previous laptop. since i use a mouse 98% of time touchpad always on is an accidental touch hazard.

I have enjoyed using this Laptop. My old one was wearing out. It is convenient to not have to use the charging cord all of the time. Very happy with it.

This computer is nice and fast and reliable. I bought this computer for myself but my wife has taken it over for her work because she noticed how fast and reliable the computer is. This is a nice computer.

It has came in handy for school work and entertainment.

Great computer for our daughter. She loves to game so we definitely needed something bigger than 4gs but it was hard to find one in our notice range. The workers were very helpful and helped us find the perfect laptop for our daughter.

The good: It has a large clear screen and is in 1080p. Good for watching shows or movies. It fulfills the basic needs of an affordable laptop. The bad: Has shut down on me several times for seemingly no reason and then restarts itself with no WIFI option. Fans are loud and come on fairly often. There is no backlit keyboard. Overall review; I paid 465 with tax in late 2022 and would not pay a penny more. It does the basics with some minor annoyances. If you just want to watch shows or movies this is a fine laptop.

It works great! For the price I paid for it, it is amazing. Even if you dont get it on sale its still great. Its fast and responsive, and I love how big the screen is

This HP Laptop works very well for what I use it for, school, bills, and shopping. The speed is quick and the monitor is very good. Clear and large like I wanted. I did have challenges with only 1 HDMI and only 1 USB-c with output. I have 2 external monitors so between the port not being and “output” and the windows not being compatible with my adapter cord, I had to purchase a new hdmi to user-c cable that worked with windows and put it in the correct usb-c port. Very time consuming between all of the manufacturers. To get the service I needed was going to have to pay HP. The manufacturer of my switch device helped me figure it out (ended up not related to them at all)

This computer is everything the sound is Loud! The tracking n mouse is smooth the screen and keypad is big and reliable .

Been good so far. For a lower priced laptop it has been good.

This is great for what I need it for which is work. It is reliable very compatible with my company operating system. It’s a good quality of screen resolution that doesn’t tire my eyes out. Battery doesn’t hold up as long as I’d like but not terribly bad.

Súper fast and the graphics are sooooo nice!!!!!!!

Its a great laptop I use it for work and I loved it

The laptop is light weight. It is hard to see the keys because they are grey and blend in with the laptop. The price was affordable, laptop was purchased on Black Friday.
