A: HP. It comes with an 18 month warranty on parts and labor.
A: Yours may have not been refurbished properly. On mine, the keyboard does light up.
Q: Does this include Microsoft word or office
A: Probably not. Standard would be word. Available a office suit called Open Office that will do anything Office does and it is FREE. It is compatible With Microsoft Office files.
Q: I'd a CD/DVD Drive included?

Q: Will this laptop work with a docking station?
A: Yes, the laptop will work with the HP UltraSlim Docking Station (D9Y32UT#ABA). It would also work with a USB-C docking station.
Q: Does it have a webcam, can anyone vouch for the quality? Also place for microphones?
A: This laptop has an Integrated HD (high definition) webcam with microphone. It also has 1 headphone/microphone combo jack. The webcam has 720p.
A: From my experience it looks brand new and I could not tell that it had been refurbished. Works great for normal tasks and some light gaming.
