A: Yes, when you switch the Cloud III S headset to Bluetooth mode you should be able to connect/pair to any Bluetooth enabled device - like your TV. The switch for switching between 2.4GHz and Bluetooth mode is on the right earcup below the volume wheel. Note that Bluetooth mode does not require the use of the USB dongle. The USB dongle is only for the 2.4GHz mode.

AMAZING!!!
When I looked this headset I thought it repeated version of the original Cloud 3 Wireless until I saw the little “S” in the name. I got intrigued and reviewed it up to the point that I made my purchase and let me tell you, this is one of the best headsets I’ve used in my life! I originally had the Cloud 3 Wireless but then changed due to some decisions, and coming back to it now? God this is incredible!! The bluetooth feature works phenomenally better than expected. With my busy schedule and the 120 hours of battery life included in it, it’s more than perfect! I recommend this headset to people who enjoy hearing great audio from either games or from just watching youtube videos and listening to music!

Favorite headset!
It's red & black, it has bluetooth & a wireless dongle, it's wireless and it has DTS:X built into it. Also has an AMAZING battery life.

Almost All-In-One
"HyperX Cloud III S Wireless" is certainly a mouthful, but the gaming headset certainly justifies its price. The build quality and the exceptional battery life alone are enough to make this headset shine. Unlike most other headphones and headsets, the Hyper X has an aluminum frame that gives a sturdy and solid feel. They do feel slightly heavier than average, but their comfort is excellent - through long gaming sessions and even overtop of glasses. The company brags about its "signature memory foam" used in the earcup padding - and while it is very comfortable and does a good job at isolating outside noise, they do lack breathability and get quite warm. I had to do a bit of research to figure out what the "S" in HyperX Cloud III S Wireless meant. Apparently, the "S" only means that this headset has an enhanced feature set: Mainly referring to the ability to connect to devices using either Bluetooth or a 2.4HGz wireless connection. Interestingly, because HyperX is made by HP, the headset can actually connect to certain HP OMEN laptops without the need to plug in the USB Dongle. I do very much appreciate that the dongle is USB-C, and that it also comes with a USB-A adapter. With the Dongle, the headset is almost an all-in-one device. Almost anything that the dongle is plugged into instantly works...with the exception of the Xbox. It truly is a shame that Xbox is the one device that doesn't work in any capacity. PC, Playstation 4 & 5, Smartphones, and even the Nintendo Switch all work, but plug it into the Xbox and there is absolution 0 functionality. No Sound - Nothin'. Also odd is that Bluetooth audio sounds SIGNIFICANTLY better (or at least louder and more rich) than the 2.4GHz connection. The 2.4GHz connection leaves a lot to be desired and makes the audio very middle of the road and unimpressive. But, switch to Bluetooth and the volume, clarity, and fullness improves. Even my wife said that the microphone sounds slightly better over Bluetooth. Another strange feature is that the earcups have magnetic plate covers. If this is intended as a customization feature, HyperX doesn't mention it at all. It will be interesting to see if they offer different plate options in the future. I thought maybe removing the plates would provide access to screws to take apart the headset, but this is not the case. As I've mentioned, I do believe that the price is justified, but there are areas which I believe HyperX (or HP) could improve. I would like there to be Mic Monitoring. (This allows the user of the headset to hear their own voice when speaking so that they don't sound so isolated, distant, and muted while connected in calls or via game chat). Negatives: - Heavier than average headsets - No active noise cancellation - Does not work with Xbox - Earcups trap in heat - Does not fold for storage - Earcups do not pivot - Lacks Bass (even though drivers are larger than average) - No Voice Monitoring - Audion is not consistent between Bluetooth & 2.4GHz - Earcups are not magnetic or removable for replacement or repair Positives: + Exceptional Battery Life + Superior Build Quality + Comes with a Bag to carry headphones, microphone, dongle, & dongle adapter + Features multiple connection options (Bluetooth & 2.4GHz) + Very Comfortable (even over glasses) + Voice prompts sound natural and are easy to understand + When the microphone is muted, a red-light displays that can be seen out of the corner of your eyes Overall, a great headset. But, there is still room for improvement.
