You can adjust the level of the input signal with the knob to find the perfect level for your recording. The Amp out can work in two modes: set it to FX to carry the processed signal coming out from your device to use AmpliTube, TONEX and other tone processing apps plugged into your amp. Or, use THRU mirror the input signal to the amp out to use tuners and other passive apps.
