[Employee of bestbuy] Using these with a RME ADI DAC. the room calibration is a game-changer. They sound amazing and have substantial headroom room for mid field and near field listening. I can travel with these around the world and master music in a hotel room and get imaging i can't get from headphones and share music with guests in ways I can't with head phones. the only issue with these is the lack of digital input. They already use a ADC on the input stage so it should be very easy to implement a PCM input or USB input. these aslso do not have an app to change the calibration settings and set a target curve like the newer version. I still think that these are the best on the market for what they are and the size is really goood as well.
