Q: what is the width on this TV?
A: This is 20" wide.
Q: Can I use any of smart platform with this tv like Roku ?
A: Yes you can. This is not a "smart " tv but it will accept any Roku device. I have a Roku streaming stick attached to mine and it works flawlessly.
A: Yes. Their sure is. Go to “Menu” on te remote. Than go to the “Accessibility” tab. Once there the first option should read “Voice Guide” turn that off. Issue solved now.
A: I could not find a manual, either. I wrote to INSIGNIA just today, so no response yet. In my research, I did learn that this model is Discontinued :-(

A: This TV is made in China.
Q: I have heard that the sound from the TV is awful. Please edify me.
A: The sound is not great but certainly not awful. I’m using the tv in my kitchen and it’s adequate in that setting. I suppose its sound quality will be dependent on where/how you’ll be using it.
Q: Can this TV be mounted on a wall bracket? Are there screw holes in the back for this?
A: yes, there is a standard VESA mounting bosses on back of TV.
Q: Can this insignia 22"class get netflix
A: Try using a smart blu-ray player with built in wifi.
