Q: Does this charger have an on and off button? When not in use does this battery stay charged until u plug it into yr phone to charge it?

A: No physical button for on/off. It'll just automatically charges your device when you plug something into the USB-A port. You charge the battery through the micro USB port.

Q: Does it have automatic shut off?

A: There is no "on - off" switch. After you disconnect the USB when charging, the blue lights shut off, and after you remove the USB from the device you are charging, the blue lights will go off. Nice charger, I like it!

Q: Does the wirre that comes with it work with an iphone7?

A: No, this unit does not come with a Lightning cable.

Q: Is is safe to take this battery charger into an airport and through security when flying? It’s the Insignia 5200 mah portable charger

A: I have traveled extensively and always take a portable charger with me. I believe it must be in your carry on bags. I do not know about the safety of that particular brand, but I have numerous portable chargers I have taken on planes without issues. Many other airplane passengers use them as well.

Q: Can this charger be used with an Apple iPhone SE? How long does it hold a charge for a day or more? I need to take a trip and would like to be able to recharge my phone quickly.

A: YES! I charged 2 iphones very quickly and had juice leftover to charge more. I purchased 2 in case they ran out of power after 1 charge, 2nd wasnt even necessary. It will take 3-4 hours to charge prior to initial use so plan for that.

Q: Is this device compatible with the LG V20?

A: Yes, this can be used with an LG V20 phone.

Q: I think i’m having battery trouble only blue lights flashing not even charging and it doesn’t charge anything? please help is there any way to reset the battery?

A: You might have a janky one and need to see about returning it, if possible. I just found out I have one that does the same thing - it just sits and has one single flashing light no matter how long it charges. I unfortunately waited too long to open it and check, so I'm stuck with it, I guess.
