A: You just use a micro USB cord. The port is under a little rubber flap on the side of the little controls box. You just pull it out and rotate it out of the way and plug in the usb cord. You will see it flashing red until it fully charges then the red light turns off.
Q: Do these stay in your ear when running or sweating?
A: I would not recommend them for exercise. They do not seat in the ear like a sport earbud and are more like an apple earbud.
A: Hold the center button until it powers on. It will immediately search for a Bluetooth device to connect to. This button is also used to accept calls, pause/play media, and power off (by holding it again).
