Q: does the liquid screen protector protect it from breaking also

A: Yes, The liquid screen protector is actually glass in molecular form (silicon dioxide) that as you apply it to the screen than let it dry for 5 minutes and buff it off than reapply, than buff off after 5 minutes again, at that time its usable, I apply it to both the front and back of my iPhone XR, it makes the glass as strong as sapphire or 9H hardness by filling in microscopic divits and low and high spots creating a uniform surface, you do have to reapply once a year. It is far superior to stick on glass screen protectors because it actually strengthens the glass on the phone itself, I no longer use a case for my XR because I tested my old phone which I had the same stuff applied to I threw it against my hardwood floor as hard as I could and it took 5 times till it cracked. You will be very happy with this product, as it also comes with a Whoosh! antibacterial dual sided cleaning cloth, a buffing side that you clean off the screen with than a microfiber side to give it that perfect smooth shiny look. This product does indeed strengthen the glass of your phone, it even keeps it from getting tiny nano scratches. In all actuality I have a product from amazon that is much better though, its Qmadix Invisible First-Defense NanoGlass-Screen Protector. Same type of product but a higher grade german liquid glass screen protector, also needs to be applied once a year, I wasn't happy with the BestBuy stuff and so I bought the product from amazon for my XR and it put a much better protective layer, remember it takes 48 hours to fully cure and harden to where its at its max protectiveness, you can use it after 5 minutes and remember to add to front and back if its a glass front back phone, and apply it twice to both sides they all have plenty to apply several coats.

A: It is absolutely impossible to have any mishaps with this product. Once you buff with the microfiber cloth included it just looks like a regular screen.
