Very nice quality, great value for the price, would definitely purchase again!

I bought this LED reading lamp because it takes one regular battery as opposed to a watch battery, its bright white illumination and lightweight; the clip and flexible neck are very handy for more uses than just reading, I use mine to manually focus my DSLR for macro work.

Nice light with two brightness settings. The clip is a little difficult to use. It could probably use and upgrade or redesign. I read the one star reviews about clip failure and respectfully disagree. This is an inexpensive light, so don't expect everything to be top shelf quality. Just know what it is and use it accordingly. Definitely worth the price.

I use a pair of these LED reading lamps to manually focus my macro lens in dark environments and for setting up my tripod; the flexible neck and clamp allow for positioning the lamp for even illumination, though often I use flash for the final exposure.These lamps are a big help for a very reasonable price - and use only 1 AAA battery.

I’m concerned with the sharp spikes on the back of the clip damaging my book. However it does stay on and is decently bright. The two brightness settings do not offer a huge difference. Also, getting the battery in was confusing. You have to push the button on the clip body to pit the battery in. There weren’t any instructions. Does what it is supposed to.

This reading light is lightweight and functional and easy to use. Has 2 brightness settings. Easy to change the battery.

I read 'most everywhere I go, but sometimes the light isn't so good. Tablets and many e-readers provide their own light ("front light"), but books and some e-readers don't. A book light is an inexpensive solution. This one has a clip to attach to a book or e-reader. The flexible neck allows you to position the light however you want it. It runs on a single AAA battery and has two levels of light. I haven't had it long enough to say how long the battery will last, but AAAs are cheap. It does what I want a reading light to do, so five stars.

You've got to get the clip positioned with the right amount of paper otherwise it will slide right off. Once you have the clip fastened with the right amount of paper, it does a wonderful job! Love the price for it too. The battery that comes with it has a very short life, but other than that, it is a really good buy for the money.

This is a convenient little reading light when more light is needed. I wish the flexible neck was a little bit longer, but it is not bad. LED light lasts a long time on one battery. Be careful in storing it when not in use so you do not push the on/off switch and drain the battery. Good idea to have a spare battery around when traveling.

If you're in search of a mini light for your computer/laptop and/or book, this reading lamp will suffice. I teach online and needed additional lighting on my face and background during my lessons. I searched on the Bestbuy website and this product came up in my search. For starters, it's inexpensive, and secondly it's small and bright. It definitely provides enough light for online recordings and virtual meetings. The lamp features two light settings, high and low, but there isn't much difference in the two settings. Although most people have purchased this lamp for reading books, I easily clip the light to the top of my laptop screen and it fulfills my need for additional lighting. The Insignia Reading Lamp includes an AAA battery however, you'll want to go ahead and purchase your own pack of batteries. The included AAA battery didn't last very long, mine only lasted a week. Give it a try and if you don't like it, you can always return it!

I like to read in private, and I sometimes want to read in bed while my wife sleeps. With this I can read in a darkened room in my private cell of light or in bed without waking my partner. It is light enough to clip to the book, flexible enough to avoid pointing in someone's eyes, and bright enough to make reading possible. I wish I had had it sooner.

We purchased these lights for my two sons to use to read in bed or in the car during road trips. They are very user friendly, bright enough to be effective, and easy to manipulate. Both boys have been very happy with them and enjoy using them.

Great, compact and portable! Use it to see my reading material while working out on cardio machines at the gym. Placement of the machines has made lighting inadequate and this little light has made a world of difference! Nice and bright so I can see perfectly while working out. May consider buying a second one for the home.

The light is very bright and easy to adjust and stays put! However the clip is not very strong and slips on pages if not completly attached to the page with the whole clip.

This book light easily clips on and it is light in weight. Perfect for reading a book in bed or I even use it while working on small projects bc it's flexible and you can direct the light where you want it. I love it

Great book light. Easy to use, bright. The only issue is that it takes a bit of fiddling to get the light focused away from a bed partner.

Was looking to get something that did not break the bank and this did not disappoint. Value for the price paid and easy to use , going to make my new found love for reading exciting!

Simple but useful. Has bright beam, long battery life and two levels of intensity. Can be adapted for use almost anywhere. Not hi-tech, but very practical for those times when needed. Surprised how much I use it.

This is a Great little small reading lamp that you can carry around in your briefcase, purse, or wherever. I highly recommend 1 AAA battery of high quality and it will last you a long time...it's very flexible and clip on many desk items. Great Buy!

Powered by a single AA, this clip-on light is easy to position, not that intrusive, and illuminates your area of focus with a pleasant light. I'm glad I picked it up.
