A: Yes, you'll be prompted to run product updates. Always make sure you run the updates so forms, etc are the most current.
A: This product will work for many federal returns. It is a great product. You can put together your state return through turbo Tax, print out a copy without filing and paying a fee and go to the state wbsite and file your state return for free.

A: Yes you can download it if bought from the store you have to call intuit and talk to customer support and they will get you a downloadable version you also have to create an account with them perviously to download.

A: you can do several for the members of your family , I do not think there is a limit if you are not using for payment. It comes with 1 state you can use several times, if you have more than 1 state like Arizonia and want to do California, you would need to purchase another state
