• Yes, you'll be prompted to run product updates. Always make sure you run the updates so forms, etc are the most current.

• YES! Once you install the program it will continue to update once or twice a week depending on how the Tax Dept changes the tax law for both Federal & State.

• I would expect that, even with very slim chance that this tax bill could pass, any changes would not be effective until at least the 2018 Tax Year.
