A: Figured it out... when you sync using windows media player, it drops the files in a folder called 'music'... the extraneous folders get in the way. go into your music folder, cut and paste all your mp3's and place them external hard drive (mine says F:) folder... 'naked' so to speak... It fixed it for me. I was getting grumpy too.

A: Don't have the solution, but the exact same problem.....windows says the "device is Malfunctioning" (I'm using Win10 but also in Win8 the same message appears).... The head phones work; but unable to open them as a windows folder and transfer MP3 files. Broken?
Q: Can I use these in the shower with Bluetooth?
A: Yes you can as long as the bathroom is not a football stadium wide
A: We appreciate your time in reaching us. To answer your inquiry, Bluetooth does not work under water. Since the Endurance DIVE has a built-in MP3 player for music and is IPX7 waterproof. You can use the headphones submerged to 1 meter depth, up to 30 minutes at a time. Also note that for normal swimming, you won't be submerged all the time, so the headphones should be waterproof for the duration of your swim. Please take not that the IPX7 rating only tells us that the product has been tested and still waterproof after 30 minutes at a depth of 1 meter. But It doesn't tell us that this is the maximum time it will stay waterproof.
