The JBL Professional CSS8018 ceiling speakers feature a 1-inch diameter voice coil with a Kapton coil-former and high-temperature wire, ensuring better power dissipation and long-term durability. For added convenience, the speaker grille and transformer come pre-attached to the driver, making installation a breeze. The grilles are crafted from painted (and paintable for color-match), zinc-plated, cold-rolled steel, providing both durability and an unobtrusive appearance. With a standard 11¼ inch bolt mounting diameter, these speakers fit seamlessly into existing systems. Frequency Range (-10 dB): Driver/Grille Assembly: 50 Hz – 17 kHz. Optional CSS-BB8 back cans are an excellent addition.
