Q: How well does the microphone cancel noise to the person on the other end?
A: Not very well on console but if you’re on using the quantum engine on pc there is a threshold slider for the mic output. Hope that helps
Q: Are these a good choice to plug into screens on airplanes?
A: Yes. You can connect our JBL Quantum One to the audio port of that device using the included 3.5mm aux cable.
Q: How many hours of use does its battery provide?
A: It's a wired headset, so it's always good to go.
A: Our JBL Quantum One may work with any computer for calls. Please make sure to select Quantum as the default microphone and headphones( audio output).
A: Our JBL Quantum One is compatible with the Playstation 5 however, the JBL QuantumSPHERE 360™ would not work as this function only works with Pc's.

Barely lasts 2 years.
Ear pieces are already tearing up. Have been super gentle with this pair since it costs so much yet get punished for it. Thick USB cord transfers any sound. For example, if it rubs against the table you hear it like the left earphone is playing scrubbing noises. Mixer is horrendous in terms of consistency. Everything is up to date in software yet the mixer sometimes acts as a volume slider OR works as it should as a chat mixer. Noise cancelling is subpar when compared to my friend's SteelSeries. Overall, unsatisfied with quality of software and headset.

You get what you pay for folks!
Very comfortable, did pretty decent due diligence before committing to purchase, however it’s it true that not all functions are available on consoles such as light which have selectable color patterns (on pc) an equalizer with pre set adjustments and use of all QuantumENGINE sub sections head tracking and all that. Updated software on laptop first as well as calibration steps it was all fairly simple would highly recommended to any and all serious PC gamers the comfort is superior to the $150-$200 turtle beach’s and hyper xs in my opinion
