does this headset have a usb jack for a computer. can it be used with Polycom phones?

Avec quel fil raccorder des écouteurs JBL à un téléphone IPhone? Il n'y a pas d'entrée (jack radio) sur le cellulaire, seulement l'entrée du fil pour le chargement. Le fil fourni avec les écouteurs a 2 embouts radio de grosseurs différentes.
