Q: Can you skip and go to previous tracks?
A: Yes, you hold the volume up to skip, and the volume down to go back.
Q: Can the part that goes in the ear (not the ear cussions) be remove or changed for a smaller on?
A: The cushion can be changed. However, the curved part along with it can not be changed.
A: No they are not but good against perspiration.

Q: Does this vibrate with incoming call?
A: No they dont
A: You may have to remove the cushions and ensure there's no buildup on the little speakers. I experienced this a couple times.
