Junk. Third microwave replaced under extended warranty and now Best Buy will not allow people to purchase the extended warranty due to the issues. Very surprised Best Buy sells a product that clearly is losing money and is so poor quality that they won’t back the product with an extended warranty any longer. Shame on JennAir and Best Buy for continuing to sell the same poor quality microwave all these years. Run away as fast as you can!

The performance of the 1.6 cu ft "full size" microwave has been as expected. Although smaller than the 2.0 cu ft microwave that we replaced, the new size has not been an issue. We are disappointed in the control panel that is NOT "back lit" and therefore difficult to use (at least in our kitchen). The microwave performance and available options are well done.
